Yes — your account lives in the cloud, so you can sign in from the front desk, the surgery, or home and pick up exactly where you left off. Your settings, branding and saved work follow your login.
Like patient data. Clinical content is processed transiently and deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you explicitly save it. Where an app can work on-device (like Scribe's transcription), it does — raw audio never leaves the phone. Nothing is ever used to improve our models without your explicit opt-in, which is off by default. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
No — and that's deliberate. Every DentaSuite app documents, organises, transcribes or visualises. Clinical judgement stays entirely with the treating clinician: the scribe only writes down what you said, the montage tool only identifies photo types. None of our apps are medical devices.
